Revocable Trusts

Revocable, or “living” trusts, testamentary trusts and credit shelter trusts are the most common kinds of trusts used in ​estate planning.

Irrevocable Trusts and Land Trusts

Irrevocable trusts are less common but include life insurance trusts, land trusts for holding title to real estate for privacy purposes and special purpose trusts.

Special Needs Trusts

Special needs trusts are generally irrevocable trusts that provide supplemental funds for
​persons with disabilities.

Charitable Trusts

Charitable trusts are generally irrevocable trusts created to benefit both the grantor and specific charities, foundations and etc.

Stewardship Trusts

A trust organized for a non-charitable purpose without a specific beneficiary,  under Oregon trust code sec. 130.193​.

Probate Services

Lawyers Fiduciary Services, LLC also offers probate services and can function as the legal representative (personal representative or executor) under a will (testate), or for decedent's estates with no wills (intestate).  You can name "Lawyers Fiduciary Services, LLC" in your will as personal representative of your estate. Our professional fiduciaries are approved by court order and bonded if required.
